RETURNS POLICY
At ketteringelementary we take pride in creating custom-made products specifically tailored to each customer's specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products:
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED EXCEPT FOR: • Manufacturing defects • Errors made by ketteringelementary
DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR COMPANY ERRORS: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error made by our team:
- Contact us immediately
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Describe the defect or error in detail
- Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
IMPORTANT NOTES: • All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order • Approved returns must be in original packaging and unworn/unused • Shipping charges for approved returns will be covered by ketteringelementary• Once approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA number
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for: • Correctly produced custom orders • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered • Orders with customer-approved designs • Size exchanges on custom-printed items

To return a product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Some of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
